Job title- Office Administrator

Location- Crawley

Salary- Up to £24,000 depending on experience

Our client based near Crawley has a requirement for an Office Administrator to join their team.

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a company that is growing for candidates that are looking to progress.

Main Activities:

  • Administration support for the Project Management teams on a variety of events as required to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Liaise with Project leads and clients as appropriate
  • Delegate registration management
  • Web registration site management in collaboration with IT
  • Updating and maintaining online booking / registration databases
  • Liaising with delegates (Joining Instructions, queries etc)
  • Preparing delegate packs / handouts and other related items
  • Preparing delegate lists / delegate badges / signage
  • Reporting HCP expenses (EFPIA / TOV) in various formats
  • Keying in HCP expenses post event
  • General office (not event specific) administration as required

In addition this role will bring the opportunity to become more involved in additional project management elements.

  • Travel and transfer booking

  • Destination Management
  • Proposal writing
  • Potential to be part of onsite project team during events as required
  • Develop your level of skills and experience to progress to Junior Account Manager level

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to look at systems and suggest improvements where possible
  • Positive attitude to colleagues and the wider business
  • A 'can do’ approach
  • Using initiative and being proactive within the business
  • Ability to work as part of a project team
