Within our clients Glasgow based contact centre, Our client seeks full time Sales & Service Associates to join our professional sales team.

This important role allows you to promote products and services, pro-actively identify customer needs and deliver high standards of customer service, all within compliance and regulatory requirements to achieve Sales targets and KPIs that help us to grow our business. Job Specification

Quote and sell general insurance products such as car and home insurance to new and existing customers.

* Work within Company guidelines for compliance and limits of authority in order to achieve targets and KPIs.
* Establish customer needs, identify opportunities to sell and inform customers of appropriate our clients products and services.
* Build rapport to provide an excellent customer experience, and support customer retention.
* Administer and maintain internal records, customer information in line with Data Protection
* Act and regulatory requirements for marketing purposes, competitor analysis and operational decision making.
* Continuous personal development to achieve and maintain standards

Person Specification

You will have worked in a targeted environment in the financial services, Insurance sector or have had call centre experience where you are upselling, cross selling or pure sales then please read on.

To be successful in this role, you must have extensive Customer Service and Sales experience, providing a 5 star service at all times that matches our 5 star De Facto rated products. * Ideally you will have at least 5 standard grades including English & Maths
* Experience of working within Insurance/Financial Services sector is desirable but not essential
* Computer literacy is a key part of the role and therefore considered essential
