Your aim within the role is to provide 5* administrative and typing support to the businesses Financial planners.

This is a excellent opportunity for a individual to get their foot in the door of a extremely successful practice, where progression opportunities and full support towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is given.

Key Duties:
- Providing all administrative support towards the Financial Planners
- Audio typing
- Diary management for Financial Planners
- Completing mail merges
- Updating and maintaining the database
- Meeting and greeting clients

Key Skills:
- Previous audio typing experience
- Fine eye for detail
- Excellent listener
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ambitious for a career in financial services
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook proficiently
