Administrator - Banqueting & Events Private Members Club, London

Salary £23k+Bonus - Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for an experienced Banqueting Administrator for a Traditional and very well-known Private Members Club based in Central London. This is an exclusive Club operating from generations and offering superb services. The Club in facts entertains the members with several F&B outlets, leisure facilities and many events.

The Banqueting Administrator will be predominantly of support to the Clubs’ event by:

- Taking Booking & organising the events

- Dealing with internal and external communication (phone, emails, post and meeting)

- Liaising with members requests comply with administration required

- Ensuring the facilities are ready for events and team briefed accordingly

- Dealing with the finance aspect of the function (taking payment or proceeding with refunds etc.)

Being experienced with the role, specifically with banqueting & events department is paramount. Our ideal Administrator will have excellent communication skills and a full command of English. The Admin has to have at least 3 years experienced in a similar role, superb organisations skills and great attention to details.

The Club Administrator will work Monday to Friday, report to the Banqueting Administration Manager and work alongside the Communication Administrator. The Club Admin will assist the team also by:

  • Maintaining the website updated
  • Assisting with the organisation of Club Trips
  • Helping with Sports Calendar
