Central Employment are currently looking to recruit a new B2B Internal Sales Executive to join their established Sales Team based just outside of Newcastle city centre. To begin with the role will involve cold calling to new clients but this will evolve into a more Account Management based role over time as your portfolio grows.

Main Purpose of the Job:

  • To achieve agreed personal sales targets/KPI’s.
  • To secure new business using the telephone to sell company products
  • To grow your own portfolio of new clients
  • Account manage your own portfolio

Main Duties

  • Achievement of personal sales and performance targets and contribute to overall company sales targets and objectives
  • Proactive outbound calling to potential sector customers across the UK
  • Profit maximisation of sales from customers within agreed guidelines
  • To ensure that loyalty amongst our customers is maintained to ensure future upsell opportunities
  • Ensure sales are maximised and sales opportunities are identified, particularly in relation to up-sell opportunities
  • Account manage clients as time goes on and initial relationships have been built
  • Contribute as required to the development of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Business Sales strategies
  • Use Performance Management techniques to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness on a personal basis

Skills Knowledge and Experience

  • You must have sales experience in a Business to Business environment
  • You must be confident speaking to clients over the telephone
  • You must be computer literate and be able to use CRM systems effectively
  • You must be highly self motivated and able to prioritise your workload effectively
