Purchase Ledger Clerk

Based: Blackburn

Salary: up to £21k

Our client is a fantastic company opening a brand new office in Blackburn. They are a well-known, market leading business known for their excellent products and services offered to all clients. They are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis

Role:

  • Matching purchase orders to invoices and sending out queries both internal and external
  • Preparing regular payment runs
  • Preparing monthly statement reconciliations
  • Assisting with all other ad-hoc duties required in the Purchase Ledger team
  • Raising PO and GRN's

Experience:

  • You must have previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role
  • Experience on Microsoft Excel and systems
  • Communication skills and working well within a team are a must.
