Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
A large business process outsourcer is looking for a sales executive / business development manager to join their UK big ticket sales and tender team.
This new role has been created at an exciting time of growth and development for the business, the company is capitalising on its leading position and diversifying into new areas of service and new sectors.
As Sales Executive / BDM, the role will work to identify and establish contact / build relationships with potential decision makers for the service. Typically, this will be HR professionals, procurement employees or senior finance officers of large corporate businesses and large organisations.
Your role will be to fact find, book meetings, build the businesses profile with the right people and when the time is right, secure tender and bid p[proposal meetings.
The role will be involved at pitch and bid tender process, as a result the company requires a sales professional who is both comfortable on the phone and with selling B2B, face to face.
To apply you should be a confident sales professional who can demonstrate success in delivering in fast paced B2B roles. You will probably be looking to move to a more strategic role, with longer sales cycles and delivering more complex, bigger ticket sales. Ideally you will be educated to degree level and you will be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully selling to HR and procurement functions of large organisations.
