Hamlin Knight is currently recruiting for an experience Finance Administrator to join a leading Manufacturing company based in Coventry.

This position will be working on a temp - perm basis with a possible immediate start!

As Finance Administrator you will assist in the day to day running of the Accounts Payable activities as directed by the Finance Officer.

Job Responsibilities,

*Inputting PL invoices / journals to the AX system and generating the relevant control reports.

*Preparing bacs runs using Lloyds internet banking system and uploading from AX.

*Preparing and inputting employee expenses

*Allocating bacs runs and generating bank reconciliations to the AX balances.

*Managing Petty cash.

*Generating aged creditor reports and analysis.

*Vat returns - Submission and reporting of Vat claims / EEC sales lists.

*Responding to the audit process for grant claims / internal and external audit requirements.

*Responding to supplier queries & reconciling statements.

*Support to cash planning & forecasting processes

*Overhead cost control investigations and reporting

*Supporting year end accounting processes and statutory audit requirements.

*Coding queries on purchase invoices

*Government statistics returns

*Support to catering invoice processes and reporting as required.

*Other duties as requested by Finance Officer
Skills & Experience required,

Ideally you will have some finance experience within a manufacturing company.
Ideally AAT or Part qualified.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong Excel skills.
