The Finance and Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative service to Finance, Training and the Contact Centre at the company. With the primary focus being Sales Ledger, the role will manage all credit control activity including posting credit notes, posting receipts and all bank reconciliations as well as providing an efficient and effective administrative service

Duties include:
- Reconciliation of Sales Ledger including chasing of outstanding debts, processing credit notes, posting receipts and bank reconciliations
- Ensuring all web sales are posted
- Provision of Sales Ledger Reports
- Dealing with invoicing queries in an effective and timely manner
- Maintaining confidentiality of the department and using discretion where necessary
- Providing cover for the Accounts Assistant during holidays
- Creating certificates and checking online modules have been completed
- Preparing and sending emails to colleges, chasing purchase orders, checking modules and informing them that college packs have been sent
- Replying to college enquiries regarding booking dates and sending education prospectuses
- Making up and sending college packs
- Publishing dates on training calendar and updating relevant spreadsheet
- Cancelling and confirming training dates
- Liaising with delegates and ensuring they have everything they need
- Obtaining feedback from delegates following training
- Booking in new training dates when demand requires
- Raising training invoices
- Providing general administration support to the contact centre team
- Processing orders and taking payments during busy periods and responding to customer queries
- Providing general administration support during busy periods including supporting the CEO, HR
