A local business with a friendly accounts team are looking to add to the department a Purchase Ledger Clerk

Assist the Accounts Assistant in timely production of monthly accounts by dealing with the Purchase ledger. Liaises with all other departments in handling Purchase/Sales/Stock documentation.

Key responsibilities:

- Processing Supplier Invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
- Generating supplier payments
- Dealing with supplier communications
- Bank & Cash management
- Handling of petty cash
- Intercompany communications

- Strong all round purchase ledger knowledge
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to resolve supplier queries
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
