Assessor/Trainer - Management
Salary: £28k + Expenses

Location - London (Various Locations)

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and well-established training provider in a home-based role. We are looking for a high-calibre Trainer/Assessor with at least three years’ experience in a similar role. Learners will be employer-based across a number of different companies around London. The role will therefore involve extensive travel during working hours.

This is a progressive business delivering work-related training, e-learning and employability programmes across the country. Due to recent contract wins and steady growth; they are expanding their team of specialist Business Skills Assessors in London.

You will be able to deliver and assess whole apprenticeship frameworks in the following subject areas:

• Management
• Team Leading
• Business Administration
• Customer Service

Essential Applicant requirements:

• NVQ L2 or L3 in occupational area for assessment
• Minimum D32/33 or A1 qualification
• A relevant teaching award (PTLLS etc)
• L2 Functional Skills (English & Maths)
• Experience of completing whole awards with candidates within agreed timescales
• Competent IT and communication skills
• Experience of working on LSC funded programmes
• Experience of completing Individual Learning Plans and conducting learner progress reviews
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
