Conveyancing Administrator - Field Based / East London - £18.5k

Role Overview

A Conveyancing Administrator able to extract and report data is required by our Data Services client for a Home-Based role near East London. A salary of up to £18,500 is available.

The Conveyancing Administrator will work with Water Companies and Local Authorities in the region to compile data and information by travelling onsite to make inspections on drainage and related utilities.

The Conveyancing Administrator will have good attention to details and some reporting experience. Ideally you will have knowledge of conveyancing and or property management, either working for Councils / Local Authorities. Full training can be provided.

Required skills:

- Strong MS Office skills and good reporting skills with Excel.

- Experience working in Building Surveying or Conveyancing

- Full UK driving licence and car

- You must be willing to travel

Our client is one of the largest information providers in the UK for property search and conveyancing.

Who would suit this role?

This is an excellent role for an organised individual with strong attention to details and good reporting skills. You must have a full driving licence and your car and be willing to travel regionally across East London / Essex for which you will be reimbursed.

Salary:

A pro rata salary of £18,500 basic is available plus 22 days holiday.

Hours:

Flexible hours totalling 37.5 per week. Would suit school run.

Location:

Home based / With travel in East London

Commute from: Romford / Ilford / Essex
