Recruitment and Training Manager for Leading Event Caterer based in London £30,000

The Client

A leading UK Event Caterer who put on large scale fantastic events across UK

The Opportunity

You will be travelling up and down the country recruiting for some of the most amazing events!

The Role

  • Main function of the role is the management of the staffing utility to ensure that the appropriate quantity and best possible quality of staff are booked for all events
  • Support the Senior Staffing Manager to develop and manage the induction and training process for all casual staff
  • Ensure training records are kept and are up to date for all casual staff
  • Management of the variable payroll to achieve financial targets set while meeting the operational needs
  • Responsibility for developing recruitment and training plans and activities in the location
  • To ensure staffing policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Taking ownership for the writing and completion of the recruitment plan for event location
  • Responsibility for delivering induction and training and facilitating skills training
  • Produce costed staff planners for the business

Ideal candidate

  • 2-3 years’ experience in event hospitality and recruitment
  • Knowledge of Immigration and Asylum Act 2008/work requirements
  • Developed and managed inductions and training processes
  • Delivered training to casual workforce and permanent staff
  • Excellent communication skills and computer savvy
