We are currently recruiting for a Scheduling and Administration Manager who will be based at our South Rings Office in Preston, managing a large Scheduling and Administration team and taking a strategic approach to your work role.

What your role will be

You will be reporting to the Systems and Performance Manager – Louise, and will be responsible for managing the Responsive/Gas Scheduling and Administration Team, to ensure the efficient and effective scheduling of repairs and gas servicing nationally for the PMD.

Duties will include managing and co-ordinating the overall delivery of the Scheduling functionality within PMD and to ensure the effective involvement of Customers, Clients and other staff in the development of a cost effective, customer focused maintenance operation. The post holder will have direct management responsibility for three regional team leaders and the national scheduling and administration team. 

Your background

For this role, you will need to have proven management experience of managing a large team and have the ability to develop strong working relationships, within your team and with the wider group. Scheduling and Resource Management experience is a necessity within this role as you will manage a team that is based in Preston, but has national coverage.

You will be responsible for creating innovative new approaches to continuously improve service delivery, working strategically and problem solving technical issues.
