01724 - CONSTRUCTION SALES CONSULTANT - OLDHAM - £18,000 PA

Bond Recruitment is currently recruiting for a CONSTRUCTION SALES CONSULTANT to join an expanding team - We are looking for a sales executive initially as an office based telesales role, but with the potential to progress to also encompass an "on the road", field sales role for the right candidate.We work predominantly in the petroleum, chemical, power and refinery sectors both in Britain and wider Europe. In recent years, we have undertaken large contracts for many British power stations, valuing between £1 million+ and £2.5 million +. We also undertake high volumes of work on other sites ranging from £1,000 - £800,000.

The role and responsibilities:º Calling and prospecting new clients via phone/email/social selling to book appointments for the Business Development team.º To deliver targeted internal sales campaigns as defined by the Marketing Manager.º To deliver an agreed number of meetings and sales opportunities for the Business Development Managers per month.º CRM: maintain consistent and accurate recordsº To provide support for wider marketing initiatives such as trade shows and executive seminars or social media.º To act as co-ordination support for Business Development Managers: diary management, relevant information, supporting collateral and information.º CRM management and development as directed by the Marketing Manager.Additional Information £18,000 pa Pension, Holiday entitlement bonus and further training

Personal specification:

º Computer literate

º Excellent, clear, friendly and inquisitive telephone mannerº A logical and quick thinkerº Able to build excellent relationships with clients in order to sell servicesº Making sales calls- chasing potential enquiries, following up quotes that have been sent, making contact with potential new clients and setting up meetings for colleagues.º Updating the sales database- scheduling activities, updating notes from meetings, site visits and telephone calls.º Ensuring that all files are up to date, with copies of all relevant information recorded
