A global advertising agency are expanding their commercial finance team and are on the hunt for a dynamic and bright Commercial Analyst to join the team. Whether it is developing pricing strategies for new business opportunities, or driving existing client profitability, the Commercial Team sits at the heart of everything. The team is looking for an enthusiastic, driven Commercial Analyst to support new and existing business.

You will join two existing Commercial Analysts and report to the Commercial Manager, and will support the business with analysis and pricing. There is no such thing as a typical day, but you can be expected to be involved in:

Key Responsibilities
• Deep dive analysis, looking into the profitability of our clients and services, as well helping to further develop our analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Developing and adapting complex pricing models in order to understand the opportunities and risks in our RFP pricing responses.
• Producing and maintaining client-approved rate cards and responding to questions from the business on their use.
• Working with production teams to understand their processes, to ensure profitable pricing.
• Supporting the Commercial and business leadership on special projects, such as new office openings, acquisitions and staffing levels.
• Early exposure to a wide range of business activities. From operations & production to finance & new business, the Commercial Team is involved in it all.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience and preferable with a marketing or advertising agency. Strong excel skills, be comfortable analysing large data sets using advanced formulas and macros.
