Your new role
Reporting to the Asset Manager you will be the face of a new large residential lettings team with your main responsibility being to agree lets on the development, negotiate the tenancy and hand the applicant over to the in-house Portfolio Management Team for referencing. This new development is is a new build consisting of 227 properties, 216 one, two and three bedroom apartments and 11 three and four bedroom houses.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in residential property lettings (rented preferred) with proven experience working to targets. You should have excellent communication skills, displaying sensitivities to and understanding of residents' needs at all times. You will also need a mixture of excellent interpersonal skills, to be pro-active in your approach and be able to use initiative, showing flexibility and adaptability.
