Finance Business Partner
Salary - £30, 500 to £35,500 (dependent on experience) plus benefits
Location -Poole, Dorset (commutable from Bournemouth, Wimborne, Ferndown, Ringwood, Dorchester)

Our leading client based in Poole are looking for an individual to join the Corporate Finance team, supporting the Business Services stream on a permanent basis. The role will be required to provide a first class financial decision support and analysis service to the department and major projects, by providing the right information, to the right people, at the right time, for the right decisions.
The role will:
? Build relationships with and provide a full financial guidance and support service to your customers
? Assist customers with financial planning and forecasting
? Attend relevant departmental and project meetings, ensuring there is a finance presence where appropriate
? Deliver regular financial reports and ad-hoc financial analysis for your customers, finance department and external auditors
? To actively increase awareness and promote the Finance department to other areas of the business
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting including experience of management accounts preparation and be a self-starter with good communication skills. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel with good supporting knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, Word is essential.
Key skills/experience require
Ideally you will be a part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience, with an excellent understanding of financial processes and controls. As an individual you will enjoy project oriented work, have a strong customer focus and have good skills in communicating complex issues to a variety of customers.
