National Account Manager (Interim) - FMCG
Highly successful and very well-known large international multi-site food manufacturer. Operating in many food categories and supplying many types of customers. Quality, innovation and customer service has always been a priority. Having such a diverse range of products including fresh, frozen and chilled gives them a real edge in the market place.
Manage existing customer base within the foodservice sector. Customers are mainly cost sector. This is a short term account management role to manage existing clients.
Working with both the Sales & Marketing Teams to drive sales.
Maintain customers and grow where possible.
Fully accountable for delivering sales and profit targets as well as meeting all agreed KPIs.
Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Maintain and manage customer information and manufacturing flow and analysis.
An experienced Account Manager who has proven track record of selling food at HO level within foodservice/profit and cost sector is essential.
Proven track record of growing and developing accounts.
Be a focused self-starter who thrives on winning new accounts.
Good level of understanding of category management.
Someone who has strong negotiation skills.
