01730 Customer Services Poole ?18,000 - ?20,000 paOur client based in Poole is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join their expanding teamDescriptionThe customer service co-ordinators are responsible for supporting the activity of the customer service department, dealing with and responding to customers and engineers to provide a comprehensive support and customer care service. You will be handling requests for information, processing orders, generating quotes, invoicing, dispatching of parts and the overall co-ordination of field engineer activity.Job DescriptionThe customer service co-ordinatorsare responsible for supporting the activity of the customer service department, dealing with and responding to customers and engineers to provide a comprehensive support and customer care service. You will be handling requests for information, processing orders, generating quotes, invoicing, dispatching of parts and the overall co-ordination of field engineer activity.The successful candidate will ideally have skills, experience and qualifications in the following areas:Experience:º Strong customer service experienceº Experience of delivering a high level of customer careº Worked with multiple sales channels and teamsº Worked in a customer service team or similar environmentº Worked in a highly organised environment with strong administrative experienceº Invoicing and Financial experienceº Complaint Handlingº Experience with Microsoft packages including Navision and CRM DynamicsSkills:º Excellent communication skills (Essential)º Be enthusiastic, credible and dependable at all times (Essential)º Work at all levels with our Customers, Engineers and Distributors (Essential)º Be focused and goal oriented (Essential)º Have good organisational skills (Essential)º Impeccable attention to detail (Essential)º Be able to work with teams or independently (Essential)º Be inventive and resilient (Essential)º Have excellent IT skills (including Outlook, CRM, MS word and Excel) (Desired)º Be able to support the achievement of sales objectives (Desired)º Be able to achieve high customer satisfaction (Desired)º Have good knowledge about sales procedures and product services (Desired)
