As a Dual Fuel engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out installs and repairs in residential properties. To drive forward the company image and reputation, you will be expected to deliver world class customer service, advising customers on the advantages of smart meters and energy savings.
As an auditor for the team, you will be responsible for managing your own workload across the month, auditing engineers out in the field to ensure safety compliance targets are met, but also offer constructive support to less experienced engineers. Those with auditing or mentoring experience would be ideal for the role.
In return for your efforts, you will be rewarded with an industry leading benefits package including;
- Base salary up to £27k-£28.5k, plus bonus with realistic OTE £34-£38K for dual fuel engineers

We are looking for candidates with a real passion for delivering top customer service and a wealth of experience with Smart Meter installations, repairs and maintenance. You will need strong technical knowledge to ensure high first-time completion rates as well as a proactive nature to share best practice amongst your mentor and team members.
