MARKETING & DIGITAL COORDINATOR
We are currently working on a Marketing & Digital Coordinator role at a highly reputable city law firm. This is a very hands on role with a lot of responsibility and a focus on supporting the firms CRM and digital activity. This role would suit someone coming either from the legal sector or from broader professional services who is able to display strong technical ability and stakeholder interaction as well as CRM system exposure.
You will make sure the database is effectively capturing, interpreting and recording activities and relationships. This role will be working with the wider team, Partners and Fee Earners and you are also responsible for CRM training. You will also have responsibility for the website content and upload.
You will be working with the team to suggest initiatives and implement new ideas to improve the firms CRM system in order to improve efficiency. Working closely with all areas of the business, you will advise and assist to promote the CRM system to drive internal engagement. You will also be responsible for collating data and processing for various sectors.
In order to apply for this role, you will need to be degree educated or equivalent with strong technical skills. You will need to have previous CRM system experience. You need to have the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and previous exposure to liaising with stakeholders is also required.
