The Customer Marketing team are looking for a well versed and proven Campaigns Specialist to help in the delivery of multi-channel marketing activity and maximise on all opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the monthly campaign budget, forecasting, creating and executing customer propositions and managing the print, DM and email channels.

Client Details

My client is a personal lines insurance business with over 2 million customers nationwide - the company is a leading provider of car, home, travel and pet insurance - this position will be working on the home products.


As part of the Customer Marketing team, the Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for:

  • The day to day management of the campaigns budget, delivering and reporting accurate forecasts
  • Delivering marketing activity to maximise on customer response and cross-sales
  • Working on a number of channels including print, DM and email
  • Analysing results and confidently reporting findings to key stakeholders
  • Working with the in-house agencies to deliver creative briefings
  • Delivering clear and comprehensive comms to key stakeholders
  • Taking responsibility for the media approval process
  • Adhering to a strict regulatory framework whilst delivering value from existing customers
  • Developing the campaigns roadmap


The successful candidate must have:

  • Demonstrable Campaigns experience
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Experience with print, DM and email is desirable - at least 1 of these channels is essential
  • Educated to a degree level or recognised marketing qualification
