Your new role
Working together with the Team Manager you will be supervising a transactional team of 3. Your main duties will be:
- Ensuring all cashiering & payments duties are performed in a timely manner
- Weekly review of the bank reconciliations and follow up of reconciling items
- Providing assistance with posting of receipts and payments
- Downloading of the banking information
- Ensuring and any issues are resolved immediately
- Process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
Strong all-round experience from a high-workload environment, great Excel skills to produce reports for higher management, ability to manage a small team - with all aspects of absence management, 1-2-1-s, workload management. You also need to have exposure to month-end procedures as the job will involve dealing with the top-end of the accounts preparations.
