Job Title: RMN / RNLD Staff Nurse
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Service Type: Residential service for adults with learning disabilities
Salary: £24,800 - £27,450 per annum depending on experience + excellent benefits
Type of contract: Permanent, full-time position

Job Description:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a qualified, passionate and enthusiastic mental health nurse ( RMN ) or learning disability nurse ( RNLD ) to join a residential service based in Birmingham. This is a small service, providing assessment and treatment for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, such as mental health needs and challenging behaviour. This service is located in the heart of a residential area and has good links with the local community, enabling residents to establish a balance between their therapeutic care and their social, work and educational lives.

The service users living here may be admitted directly from the community, their own home or supported living, or they may be stepping down from a more secure setting. The focus of the service is to provide high quality person-centred care to rehabilitate and improve the users’ health and well-being, always aiming for positive outcomes. They have achieved a very positive reputation, achieving an excellent, fully-compliant CQC report. They provide a welcoming, friendly and warm atmosphere, making this a great place to work and develop your career.

We are looking for qualified Registered Nurses (both RMN and RNLD nurses are welcome to apply) who have a valid NMC PIN. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and have a genuine passion for working with people with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions.
