Excellent New Opportunity with Hotel Fine Dining Restaurant

A great opportunity for a Sous Chef is available at our client based in Cambridge to work in their busy Hotel Restaurant. As part of a team working with all fresh food you will be assist the Head Chef in serving meals to 2AA rosette level.

The Sous Chef Role

* As Sous Chef you will deputise and cover Head Chef absence
* Produce Meals for the Fine Dining Restauarnt
* Training and developing junior members of the brigade
* Managing paperwork & Health & Safety

The Person

* Already working as a Sous Chef in a busy, quality driven kitchen
* Stable work history
* Hotel or Restaurant background with 1-2 AA rosette experience
* Able to manage kitchen in Chef's absence
* Excellent communicator
