Finance Manager - Independent School
Location: City of London
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
We are currently looking for career minded and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join an Independent sixth form college.
The school is a well-regarded independent school with an excellent reputation locally and across London. The school is part of a wider group of independent schools and has a Head Office nearby.
To be considered for the position of Finance Manager you must have previous accounting experience, with good systems skills and be able to work in a busy environment with adults and children alike.
Summary of the role:
To manage the school's finances and accounts in liaison with the Principal and the Finance Department
Among duties and responsibilities:
*Preparation of annual budget, in conjunction with the Principal and Head Office
*Staff management of all Finance staff, carrying out supervision and annual appraisals
*Detailed cost tracking per budget line

Essential to have experience of Information Management System (SIMS):
*Manage all accounts details and pupil data analysis
*Manage Deposit payments and refunds and process in SIMS
