A sales driven Account Manager required for a reputable global company based in Didcot. £22.5k basic + bonus.
Your new company
A confident, proactive and experienced Account Manager is required at a reputable global company based in Didcot. You will be joining a friendly, small team within a larger organisation where you will receive training from a supportive manager. The offices benefit from onsite parking, modern facilities and regular team building activities.
Your new role
As part of a collaborative team, you will be required to liaise with existing clients via the telephone in order to gain an understanding of their needs and advise them on new products that are available for them. In turn, you will identify new revenue opportunities for existing clients, set up client meetings and manage escalated issues that arise. Your new role will sit above a team of Sales Administrators and will work closely with the Sales team in order to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position, you will be an outstanding communicator at all levels, forward thinking and commercial. While you will not be directly responsible for making sales, you will be an integral part of the sales process and as a result, it is important that you are target driven. Furthermore, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with clients via the telephone and be able to use your initiative to act upon queries promptly.
