Payroll Administrator , £18,000 - £19,000 PA - Nottingham City Centre
Macildowie is seeking a Payroll Administrator join a busy Finance Team in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.
Based in the Nottingham Head Office reporting to the Payroll Manager you'll be responsible for End to End Payroll tasks within the Payroll Department.

The company truly looks after their employees and consistently looks to improve employee experiences. Reporting to the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will be:
- Checking people's hours
- Making the monthly payments on time
- Calculating national insurance deductions
- Setting up new members of staff
- Calculating overtime
- Issuing tax forms (P45s for example)
- Managing special situations like maternity and Sickness Pay
It is preferred that you have worked in a similar role, ideally with a proven track record in the End to End Payroll process. Ideally you will have a knowledge of SAGE. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE Grade C in math's and English and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products specifically Excel. You will be a self Starter and a strong Team Player with the ability to deal with people at all Levels.
