Our client, a large, busy main dealership near the Tunbridge Wells area of Kent are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor.
This dealership provides the highest level of customer satisfaction, working as part of the servicing department you will need to give every customer a personalised experience, impart your expertise and provide them with increased awareness and knowledge for their car so that they leave the dealership feeling extremely satisfied every time!
Your role will be to respond positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs and ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the agreed time. You will be answering any technical and warranty related questions. You will be liaising with the Service Manager to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings and produce invoices for completed work and explain the content to customers.
Our client is looking for somebody who has at least 3 years+ in this role, ideally from a main dealer background. You must be IT confident, have excellent communications and organisation skills, be a great team player and be able to work well under pressure.
This job is based near Tunbridge Wells and our client would like you to have a commute you can carry out in the long term.
