Business Development Assistant - City of London
This opportunity is with a fast-growing, business operating in a challenging environment of the UK commercial insurance market. This particular role would suit an individual with some insurance experience who seeks to work in a sales environment within insurance.
The suitable candidate would take responsibility of managing and coordinating prospects, enquiries, cross sales and renewals within the branch. This would also include:-
- Coordinating and monitoring all prospect, enquiry, cross-sale and renewal activity internally and support the liaison
- Build relationships both internally and externally, meeting clients face to face to ensure they are compliant
- Ensure external and internal regulatory and statutory policies, procedures and regulations
- Supporting colleagues/ the team, contributing in the delivery and achievement of overall team and business objectives
Successful applicants should ideally have a sales background, have a good understanding of insurance and how it works, be IT literate and be keen to continue working in a sales role.
