Our client, a highly successful IFA firm is looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to support a team of advisers by processing new business and servicing existing clients.

Duties include:-

  • Dealing with client queries
  • Processing news business and documentation, adhering to FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure
  • Work flows/keeping database updated
  • Preparing Adviser for client appointments, obtaining quotations, illustrations and producing client valuations
  • Dealing with adviser charge, fee and commission enquiries
  • TCF and FCA obligations
  • Handling telephone calls and meeting and greeting clients
  • General office duties
  • Maintaining good working relationships with advisers, colleagues and providers

Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience within financial services and ideally hold some CII qualifications as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft office
