Digital Marketing Manager

You will join a newly established digital team to help develop and deliver two new websites and a content marketing and engagement programme. More specifically, you will act as a digital lead for new feature development and adoption by the business. In addition, you will manage digital acquisition including SEO and paid campaigns as we grow these channels.

In doing so, you will:

  • Become responsible for delivering new features for our website and ensuring they are tested and adopted by internal and external users
  • Delivering to deadlines
  • Develop testing plans for new features
  • Manage general site content and landing page content
  • Manage general site functions and support day to day on site activity
  • Manage our digital acquisition channels and 3rd party agencies where required
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and 3rd party agencies to create engaging communication
  • Use data as the starting point for developing new features and creating and optimising content to build a returning audience
  • Create SEO-savvy web copy and adapt written information to a digestible format to be used online and via social media channels

You must have:

  • Experience implementing new online features to sites and the management of the adoption of the features by internal and external users
  • Experience building robust UAT testing plans
  • A good understanding of SEO best practice and implementation
  • Experience managing in house and through agencies PPC campaigns
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team and be a quick learner
  • An understanding of both B2B and B2C and what matters to them, when it comes to creating engaging content and new site features

Your experience should include:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital/marketing
  • Previous content writing experience
  • Experience in Electrical, Industrial and MRO industries is a bonus but not essential
