This highly regarded national firm is seeking a Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team based in central Cheltenham. This is a unique opportunity and a role which will make an important contribution to the overall work of the Conveyancing team. Your new role
You will be responsible for day to day conduct of your own case load of files and responsible for all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and related work. You will mentor/supervise more junior members of staff and will be confident handling a mixed residential caseload from initial instruction through to post completion. You will also be willing to assist with the development and continued growth of the property department and increase their reputation within Bristol and the wider region.
What you will need to succeed
You will be a capable and dynamic individual with the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ PQE, or be studying towards CILEx qualifications/possessing equivalent qualifying experience. A sound understanding of the residential conveyancing process is essential. You will be working in a busy environment and will need to handle a heavy workload - therefore it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are capable of using your own initiative.
