Our client is on the hunt for a skilled Global Ecommerce Product Manager to join one of the most exciting start-ups in the UK. This is a rare opportunity to work at a London-based business that combines hardware and software, entertainment and education. Our client need’s a Global Ecommerce Product Manager to help them build the D2C channel during this exciting and transformational phase of their company’s growth. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this high-profile role will develop and execute strategies to build a compelling customer experience and drive online consumer sales on our own site, working closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure seamless brand messaging and ease of conversion.

As a Global Ecommerce Product Manager you will need:

  • 4 + years experience in commerce
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Magento
  • Thorough understanding of web design, usability, web functionality and shopping behaviour
  • Strong UX experience and a thorough knowledge of SEO ranking and optimisation factors and key algorithm updates
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and content management systems
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques and relevant tools (Optimizely, Monetate, etc.)
  • Significant experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Metrilo, Coremetrics, Kissmetrics, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, Periscope, etc.)
  • Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams
  • Kids/toy retail experience is a plus
