Sales Negotiator

The position is always varied, challenging and rewarding! A good Negotiator will earn a base salary in excess of £16,000 plus uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of in excess of £25,000 per annum!

Key responsibilities:
• Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties for sale
• Understand the most importance of purchasing a property and take time to understand your customer's needs
• Arrange and attend viewings with pre-qualified applicants
• Ensure you have a thorough understanding of each property you are marketing
• Maintain knowledge of the local property market including best areas for investment
• Proactively contact hot applicants to advise of new properties matching their requirements
• Follow up after each viewing to gain offers and feedback
• Liaise and negotiate between both parties to secure the sale
• Coordinate the sale progression to assist all parties achieve a sale as soon as possible

Areas of accountability:
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Deliver clear and concise communication both verbal and written
• Build rapport with all clients to understand their needs
• Be proactive to secure the right property for the person and a swift sale for the seller
• Work to deadlines and targets to manage personal performance

Previous property sales experience

A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role
