Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary
A Conveyancing Legal Secretary is required to join a highly regarded law firm on the outskirts of Birmingham.
The Legal Secretary vacancy within the Residential Property team has become available due to expansion. The role will be to provide Legal Secretary and Assistant support to one Conveyancing Solicitor. The majority of the work will be within Residential Conveyancing.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join an excellent firm. Working one on one with a Solicitor you will gain excellent exposure to the property transactions and have a good relationships with clients.
The following experience is required:
Must have at least 3 years experience within Residential Conveyancing
Knowledge of the Conveyancing Process
Using a Case Management System
Land Registry Searches and Preparation of contracts
Drafting of Transfers and Completion statements
Filing, Copy Typing and Audio Typing
Dealing with telephone enquires and diary management
