Sales Development Manager
Aaron Wallis is pleased to be recruiting an On-Trade Sales Development Manager for a major player in the drinks industry to sell their products to the on-trade in the North London area.
As one of the country's leading brewers, they have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and determined salesperson with experience of operating within a Free Trade market who have a proven track record of bringing on new business whilst also maintaining excellent relationships with current accounts.
The successful candidate will possess excellent selling and negotiating skills with emphasis on closing to obtain targeted sales & profit growth within the Free Trade arena. They must enjoy working autonomously, be willing to travel as required, have a high level of energy and commercial awareness, be self-motivated and, most importantly, overcome obstacles to always deliver results.
You will be expected to identify and convert opportunities to profitable business in line with the Regional Development Plan and to provide existing customers with quality support and advice on the development of drink sales within their business. You will also be entirely responsible for your P&L, building new business and growing existing accounts. As such, you will have real ambition; energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed.
In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £40000 with a realistic first year OTE of £60,000 plus company car and all the associated benefits of working for a major organisation in the drinks worls. Please apply in the first instance to
