Group Digital Designer - Luxury Brand - London - £36K

Exclusive search for one of the industries most desired employers. This is a key Design hire for the brand and would be responsible for the creation of all digital assets, copy and content development across all product and experiences as it applies to the perfume and furniture businesses. This is a newly created position reporting in to the Group Digital Marketing Manager.

The Role

The Digital Designer will be delivering creative assets that will drive and support the commercial ambitions of the business.

The individual will interpret and recreate website copy and content, interpreting the product and service information being developed by the brand marketing team, ensuring it is fit for digital purpose, driving key word and SEO optimisation, email marketing campaigns and driving overall key digital KPIs.

Working closely within the annual marketing calendar, partner and dealership plans, creating activation content and assets to support all campaign activity, newness and initiatives.

Building the brand look and feel creatively, to support the business and dealerships content and digital commerce of the brand; and ensure effective departmental and cross-functional planning and communication are in place that enable brand appropriate content creation and drive the digital commerce channel directly to the consumer and via our business partnerships.

Creating content and digital assets that appropriately reflect the luxury brand positioning.


oBrand identity as it applies to all digital areas of the Perfume and Furniture businesses, including website content creation; retail partner and dealership partner sites; all social media and virtual communication platforms
oWork closely to modernise the creative content of the furniture website defining and creating the aesthetic blue print for the website and all digital content
oWorking on the continual enhancement of the perfume website in line with new product launches and platform functionality development
oWork with the Consumer Marketing Manager to plan when and what digital creative assets will be required to support launch campaigns, newness and key marketing events and initiatives.
oTo develop consumer appropriate copy and content from the Service & Sales Education programme, to strengthen brand consistency, from in store counter or dealership messages to online enriched content
oDeveloping the content and creative to fulfil the email marketing schedule evolving styles and content based on opening rates and the commercial success of each campaign.
oDeveloping static and animated materials such as microsite creative, banner advertising, social media adverts, digital brochures and digital marketing collateral on brand and to a very high and consistent standard
oDeveloping and feeding creative content onto Yammer to enhance international team engagement and information sharing
oWith a good understanding of cultural variances and international requirements whilst respecting the British heritage and prestige positioning of the brand

oDigital creative materials to support new product and campaign launch plans
oDigital dealership partner materials
oDigital retail partner materials
oVideo content creation and editing fit for purpose
oSocial Media creative outreach content

Key attributes:

â?¢5+ years Digital Graphic Design experience working within in the luxury retail and brand sector and building strong luxury on-line creative content, including ecommerce assets
â?¢Complete knowledge of Adobe CS programs especially in design and photo shop
â?¢Ability to think creatively about requirements to deliver creative assets and materials to the brands high brand standards
â?¢Proactive approach to work load planning, time management and able to work to tight deadlines
â?¢Highly resourceful team player, collaborative in style with other departments, customers and partners
â?¢Occasional travel.
