A market leading pet insurance brand is currently recruiting for a talented CRM Consultant to join their customer acquisition team. We are currently recruiting for an experienced CRM marketer to join the Customer Relationship Marketing Team and drive the customer acquisition programme to new prospects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering digital and offline acquisition campaigns, reporting on performance and acting as a key support to the wider CRM team.
-Planning and execution of direct marketing programme across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, SMS and outbound calling to increase acquisition of pet owner customers.
-Playing a key role in developing 2 more junior marketing executives within the team.
-Managing the external CRM agency to plan the customer contact strategy for owned campaigns, optimising campaign performance.
-Collaborating with the database marketing team to plan, deliver and measure campaign success via the internal marketing database.
-Using segmentation, channel and pet targeting strategies to support campaign growth targets.
-Working within a cross-functional team to optimise use of outbound calling in order to increase conversion.
-Allocating and managing an agreed budget to deliver all planned activity in order to achieve maximum ROI.
-Ensuring sign off from legal and compliance on all financial promotions and other marketing output for the CRM team.
-Ensuring the timely, effective delivery of campaigns including, but not exclusively sales, service, IT and operations.
-Leading owned projects, meetings and all related communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
-Delivering campaign performance reporting and supporting recommendations to all stakeholders.
-Deputising the CRM Marketing Manager in their absence and attending internal meetings to present insight on campaigns as required.
Skills and Experience:
-Educated to Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent qualification, ideally in marketing or similar.
-Currently holding, or studying towards a professional diploma/qualification in marketing.
-Proven experience of implementing and evaluating direct marketing campaigns.
-Experience within B2C marketing and a strong understanding of consumer marketing.
-Some experience in people management, and a desire to mentor and develop others.
-Daily agency management experience.
-Proven experience of working within cross-functional teams.
-A self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
-Detail orientated and able to use initiative.
