The Role: This new Business Development Manager role will primarily be to develop new accounts with independent showrooms and retailers; sales are typically conducted with owners, buyers and managing directors, with sales deals typically averaging £5-10k per bedroom. Some of your time will also be spent with interior contractors. Full company and product training is provided and they have an active policy of promoting from within.

The Company: Established for twenty five years, our client is a family-owned organisation now seeking a new Area Sales Manager. This division sells a range of quality fitted bedrooms, a great branded range, and they are embarking on an ambitious growth plan to bolster their £12 million sales turnover.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales track record
  • You will have sold kitchens, bathrooms or bedrooms
  • A good understanding of CAD design is important
  • Personable and structured working sales people with an assertive approach will do well here

Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
