My Client in Sandy, Bedfordshire is recruiting for a Full-Time level 2 or level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a warm and friendly nursery to commence employment beginning of September 2017.

This Ofsted registered nursery offers friendly, warm care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years in a safe, happy and secure environment. Where babies and young children grow, and develop at a comfortable pace.

The role of Nursery Practitioner will be to provide a holistic approach to the care of each individual child in the nursery and to work as part of a professional but friendly team within the nursery.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
· To plan and provide a caring and stimulating environment that is appropriate for individual children and enables them to reach their full potential.
· To plan and prepare exciting play opportunities that meet the children’s developmental needs.
· To act as a key worker to a group of children.
· To observe and assess children’s development and keep accurate records of their achievement.
· To provide a service that respects children’s life experiences and celebrates diversity in terms of language, culture, ability, race and religion.
· To work within the agreed framework and ensure knowledge of the EYFS is kept up to date.
· To establish and maintain positive relationships with families in a way that values parental involvement.
· Ensuring that safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to always.

This is a permanent Full time role working 38.5 hours per week, commencing September 2017.
