Junior Broker

This person will have a varied and wide-ranging role, from speaking to private collectors to maximise the potential of this market by offering access to the most promising vintages available, providing essential information to monitor the performance of their portfolio over time and to help realise that potential through a timely exit

Typically, a Junior Broker would be expected to reach 50k monthly sales within 3-4 months. With a commission structure of 4 % Commission on settled business + 2% on 1st repeat business. Upon completion of 3-month probation and exceeding monthly targets, you will then be promoted to a Senior Broker, where your commission will rise to between 5% and 7%.

It is important that you have the right work ethic for this role as there are long hours involved but it is certainly rewarding!

This demanding role is not for the faint hearted, it is extremely pressurised but for the right person this could be a fantastic opportunity to earn.


Monday 09:45am - 19:30pm

Tuesday 10:15am - 1930pm

Wednesday 10:15pm - 18:30pm

Thursday 10:15am - 19:30pm

Friday 09:15am - 17:30pm

The Salary and Other Benefits

£14,000 Basic + Commission (Realistic OTE in first year £45,000)

20 (+bank holidays) Closed over Christmas
