The skills and experience required for the position as Business Development Manager:

- The absolute essential for this role is someone with very strong sales and interpersonal skills from any background
- Must be confident to make contact and sell mostly door to door to estate agents.
- Must be able to sell a product in detail and highly disciplined so would suit someone who has sold for example; Cars, Second hand cars, Software, Double glazing, Office Equipment or telesales. A military background would be a distinct advantage
- Warm and positive personality with good account management skills
- Good consistent sales track record in selling
- Very ambitious and keen to earn high commissions (uncapped)
- Good understanding of needs of Estate Agents and Lettings Agents would be advantageous but not essential
- Clear communicator, written and verbal.
- Ideally with some formal sales training but not essential
- Full UK driving license with own car (all mileage costs and expenses paid)
