Sales Engineer - Capital Equipment - £30-35K + £6k + Car

The Role: This Sales Engineer role is to sell capital equipment averaging £5-25k into end users; you will be dealing with sectors such as automotive, aerospace, process and electronics components in a largely business development capacity. You will be speaking to buyers, chief engineers, business owners and directors, offering full systems as well as the associated consumables, spares and service contracts. Full company and product training will be provided to the new Sales Engineer here.

The Company: This £multi-million mid-tier player has nearly three decades of excellence behind them. They manufacture and sell meter, mixing and dispensing machines and are now looking to recruit a new Sales Engineer to be based in the Midlands.

For this Sales Engineer position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales track record
  • You must have sold capital equipment, for example weighing machines or plant x-ray equipment
  • Outstanding sales people who have sold other mechanical engineering products into end users
  • Personable and structured candidates will fit in well here
