The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new District Sales Manager to sell a full range of aggregates, asphalt, cement, stone and concrete to major civil contractors, predominantly looking after a portfolio of existing accounts. You will be dealing with site managers, procurement departments and internal stakeholders as well as backselling through an established network of builders merchants. Full in-house company and product training is provided for the successfulDistrict Sales Manager.

For this District Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • A track record of selling heavyside products into civil engineers at site level
  • Any specification experience is useful
  • You will have outstanding relationship building skills and be highly consultative in your approach
