Our client has launched a new strategy. Together with this new corporate strategy, they have launched a new growth strategy. This substantially increases their development programme; their tenure offer and their geography. With a strong emphasis on home ownership, it's bold and it's ambitious, just like the staff that they want to deliver it. They are growing their development team and marketing and sales team and they have a range of roles available. They're seeking ambitious staff with the commitment and passion to deliver, a flair for innovation to find solutions and new ways of working, and people who thrive working as part of a fast paced team. If you share their values and want to work with them to help them solve the housing crisis they want to hear from you.

As a budding development professional, joining them as an Assistant Project Manager is a great opportunity for you to cut your teeth supporting an enthusiastic and dynamic team in the delivery of a diverse development programme. You will be involved in all aspects of development project management, from site identification through to handing completed homes to colleagues for sale and occupation.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of housing construction and the development process, will be eager to learn and adept at undertaking a range of tasks. Time management and flexibility will be crucial to your success in this busy team. Our client is looking for a confident communicator who is comfortable representing the business externally as well as liaising with colleagues internally.

At this stage in your career you’ll be ambitious for personal development and growth. Our client can support you with this. They offer bright newly refurbished offices, flexible working arrangements, and great training and career opportunities. Above all that though, you’ll be joining a talented and enthusiastic team, keen to innovate and deliver.

The closing date for this role is Tuesday 16th May.

Interviews will be held in June (specific dates to be confirmed).
