The agency in question is an independent, digital, creative agency with offices in the U.S, Australia, Hong Kong, and the U.K. It provides a range of services, such as strategy, creative, design, social, commerce, and editorial and has an impressive brand portfolio, which includes Costa, Nike, Sainsbury’s, Unilever, and BT.
This is an exciting Experience Designer role, which requires the ability to define and employ a user-centred design methodology and the associated tools. Responsibilities include: creating experience deliverables (such as site maps, user journeys, content maps, and ecosystems), undertaking usability and content audits, creating written and visual documents that detail user interface and interaction requirements and express these requirements to clients and team members, support the planning, design and executive of user research (including usability testing, interviews, and card sorting), maintaining established clients relations and establishing new ones, and involvement in pitching for new projects.
- In-depth understanding of the User-experience toolkit
- Minimum of 2 years agency experience in a user experience role
