My client is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, finance minded individual to join their team as a Compliance Administrator due to continued company growth. You will report directly into the Brand Quality manager dealing with the following on a daily basis.

Day to day duties:
-To administer the assessment process in line with company guidelines.
-To work with suppliers to manage the assessment process efficiently.
-To maintain controls and documentation procedures (online compliance portal, Company Assured website and branch order / account opening processes).
-To assist with ensuring (within set guidelines) that all sourced product is identifiable, traceable, and fully compliant.
-To proactively provide support to business categories.
-To actively assist in process mapping and maintain a universal way of working across business units to maximise efficiency.
-To contribute towards giving our customers the edge through value, reliability and specialist knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
-To accurately follow assessment guidelines and practices.
-To monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of suppliers to remain abreast of the status of activities to identify trends.
-To review and assess content of supplier compliance questionnaires to ensure adherence to current legislation (as per set guidelines).
-To provide reports and analysis on a regular basis, and as directed or instructed to by senior management.
-To continually ensure superiors are appraised on operations and progress of supplier compliance efforts.
-To ensure reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorised personnel or enforcement agencies as / when required.
-Any additional ad-hoc activities as required.
-To undertake further projects as specified as the initiative develops.
The ideal Candidate should have the following:
-Familiarity with operational, preferred financial compliance procedures and regulatory experience.
-Experience in a similar working environment at an influential level.
-Previous evidence of being able to interpret and digest complex technical publications and rules, and to apply these in a practical manner.

For the right candidate it is likely this role will go from temporary to permanent within the first 6 months with this highly recognised international company.
