Our client, a leading UK banking group, is looking for an Investor Support Executive based in Northwich.

As a key member of the Investor Support centre you will be dealing with incoming client queries via telephone, secure messaging, email and post.

You should possess a positive 'can do’ attitude, have the ability to prioritise workload effectively, be a good team player, be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative and have personal accountability and drive

Salary Range: £18,000 - £22,000

Role Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential as well as an experience of customer complaint handling.

A good candidate will have a genuine passion for delivery of a first class service and possess an excellent telephone manner and first class communication skills.

You should have a strong attention to detail as well as an interest in Stock Markets, Shares, Investment Funds and/or related products.

Candidates require a strong working knowledge of key Microsoft applications and good, accurate input skills.

A knowledge of Investments and Savings market/product is desired but not essential (i.e. ISA’s, SIPP’s, Cash ISAS’s, Unit Trusts, Investment Trusts, Child Trust Funds, Savings Plans etc.)

You must demonstrate an understanding and compliance of regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
